With voltage and resistance

Components
If something special is to be created, every individual part is of importance. Therefore, we use only the cream of the crop, piece by piece strictly selected.

Tweeters
The crème de la crème defines in terms of (midrange) tweeters - the "heart" of each loudspeaker - chassis of the type Air Motion Transformer, the Manger transducer and the Vifa ring radiator, which therefore set the tone in our loudspeakers.

Capacitors
Due to the clearly more authentic sound impression we prefer to use film capacitors made by the company Mundorf instead of conventional electrolytic capacitors and the occasionally used MKP film capacitors. Owing to their fine sound, M-Cap Supreme, KP and mica capacitors are installed along the signal path. Nothing is too expensive for us for obtaining the optimum sound.

Cables
Using the carefully shielded loudspeaker cable FA33 developed by our company for internal loudspeaker wiring, we guarantee that not the finest nuance of sound gets lost on its way from the power amplifier to the chassis.

Contacts
Since contact quality also decisively influences sound, we generally use Mundorf binding posts made of solid copper. In addition, in terms of contacting - not least for reasons of sound - we use WBT-nextgenTMcontacts, WBT crimp technology and WBT silver solder.

Coils
In addition to air-core coils, CFC copper film coils are also highly suitable for use in our loudspeakers, since they show low susceptibility to vibration. Both types of coils are clearly superior to conventional ferrite and core coils.

Resistors
Since conventional resistors with their available standard values are not capable of authentically reproducing acoustic colours, only small high-quality resistors - sometimes up to one hundred of such resistors - are soldered in parallel in places of the signal path that are essential for sound. The high production costs which go hand in hand with it are compensated by the finest nuances of sound that are second to none.

Sound

Good sound is time-coherent. It is spatial, clear and natural - and it elicits strong emotions.

Tuning

At the end of the manufacturing process each pair of loudspeakers is completely acoustically tuned.
